It is mostly composed of rocky sand, dirty sand, stone, andesite, cobblestone, tuff, sand, spruce wood, walnut planks, dirt, and coarse dirt. This is one of the common theme in the Vault.

Vault Themes are the backbone of the Vault. Omega rooms, on the contrary, are mobs-free rooms with a lot of loots.Īs the vault hunter level increases, the shape of the Vault changes and after vault hunter level 75, new shapes are introduced. Challenge rooms are the most difficult rooms with dangerous mobs but with great rewards. Common rooms are standard rooms with mobs and loot according to the Vault theme. Three types of rooms exists: common, challenge and omega rooms. Rooms inside the Vault are generated according to the Vault theme. Most of them are available at level 0+ but others can only appearing with use of seals or during special events. Starting with a diamond shape, new shapes are introduced after level 75+.Įach theme of the Vault features a certain type of blocks and mobs. Its shape (related to how the rooms are connected) is based on the vault hunter level of the player. The Vault features unique cave-like system with no sky. Many of the items in the following list have been blacklisted from being used in the vault due to them breaking most of the intended mechanics in a vault or other reasons. Most modifiers can be applied to a vault crystal via catalysts, or can be randomly encountered upon entering an uncatalyzed vault. Vault Modifiers are qualities which can greatly affect the experience of running vaults. Up to 21 themes are available when generating the Vault featuring a range of different rooms, all with differing rarities, buildings and looting possibilities. When the player comes back in the overworld, the portal is automaticaly destroyed. Each time the player creates a new portal, a new seed is generated guaranteeing the player to never go through the same vault dimension.

The Vault is a randomely unique generated dimension. The Vault has no daylight cycle and no weather. The Vault is horizontally infinite but mostly filled with vault bedrock. Vault Bedrock comprises the top (including and above layer 43) and bottom (including and below layer 21), essentially making the Vault 63 blocks high. Each player invited must accept the invite /party accept_invite (or click the accept in the chat). The player can do so by typing the /party create command in game chat and the /party invite command to invite a player to the party. To run a co-op vault with a friend, the player need to create a vault party.
